Delete your RasoHi account

In the app (instant)

1. Open RasoHi and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Without the app

Enter the mobile number registered with RasoHi. Our team will confirm with you on that number and delete the account, usually within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Deleted: your name, phone number, email, addresses, profile and kitchen photos/videos, reviews, chat message text, saved bank/UPI details, push-notification tokens and preferences.
• Kept, anonymised: order and payment records, because Indian tax and accounting law requires us to retain them. They are no longer linked to your name, phone or address.
